To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Complete the Course Content: All lessons, modules, and required exercises must be completed within the first 30 days of purchase.
Submit Proof of Participation: You must submit evidence of your participation (e.g., completed worksheets, journal prompts, or exercises).
Participate in a Refund Evaluation Call: You must schedule and attend a 1:1 evaluation call during the 30-day cancellation window. This call is for evaluation purposes only and is not a coaching session. During this call, your participation will be reviewed to determine eligibility for a refund. Issuance of any refund is at the sole discretion of Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC.
Request Refund in Writing: Your refund request must be submitted via email to the support email provided, and or communication method that is agreed upon (found in your purchase confirmation and, or emailed to you) within 30 days of your purchase, along with proof of completion and a short explanation of your experience.

If you are an affiliate, you may have already received your access code. You will also be provided with a separate Affiliate Agreement that includes modified refund eligibility terms. Please review, sign, and return that agreement for your affiliate status to become active.
Refunds will not be granted if you did not fully engage with the course or complete the required materials.
Refunds are not available due to change of mind, scheduling issues, or financial constraints.
Requests made after the 30-day period will not be considered.
If you book a 1:1 coaching session within the first 30 days, you automatically acknowledge that you’ve received value from the course and waive all eligibility for a refund.
If a refund is granted, your access to all course materials, bonuses, coaching sessions, and related content will be revoked immediately. Continued use, download, or sharing of the materials after receiving a refund is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
No Transfer of Program: Programs, sessions, and courses are non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, gift, or share your access with another person without prior written consent from Ventzi, the coach or Self Mastery LLC.
As a bonus, your enrollment includes one (1) private 1:1 coaching session intended to support your integration and transformation. This session will last between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your needs and the depth of support required.
To be eligible for the bonus coaching session, you will receive a copy of this Terms and Conditions agreement via the email you provided. Please make sure to review and sign it to confirm your eligibility.
This session becomes available to schedule only after one of the following conditions is met:
30 days have passed since your purchase date, (reply to the support email to let me know)
or,
You have fully completed the entire course and accompanying materials prior to the 30-day mark (completion may require proof such as completed worksheets, journal prompts, or exercises). My calendar becomes available once you do.
Please Note: You may be required to submit a brief application or questionnaire prior to scheduling this session. This ensures we can make the most of our time together and tailor the support to your needs.
The session must be scheduled and used within 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase. After this period, the session will expire and cannot be redeemed, rescheduled, or refunded under any circumstances.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

That this Course or any Coaching associated supports growth, healing, and insight, but results depend on your commitment, actions, and choices. No specific outcomes are guaranteed (financial, emotional, relational, or otherwise).
You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.
This course and any coaching associated is not therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. In the event of a medical or psychological emergency, you must seek a licensed provider.
By participating, you release Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC from any liability for mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, or relational outcomes, including but not limited to any injury, harm, or loss arising from or in connection with your participation. You acknowledge and accept that participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
The course creator and affiliated parties are not medical professionals, therapists, or licensed counselors, and this course is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You release and discharge from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in this course and or coaching.
This includes, but is not limited to, any mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, or relational injury or damage you may experience during or after taking the course.
In the event of a medical or psychological emergency, it is your sole responsibility to seek help from a qualified provider.
Participation in this course is entirely voluntary, and you acknowledge that any results — positive or negative — are your full responsibility.
By purchasing or participating in coaching services and/or engaging with any associated program or this coaching course, you voluntarily and willingly accept all risks, whether known or unknown that are associated. You agree and acknowledge that the course creator and or coach assumes no liability for your choices, actions, experiences, or outcomes during or after participation.
I, the participant, hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected in any way to my participation in coaching services, programs, or courses.
The course creator reserves the right to offer Beta Launches in the future, which may include free or limited-time access to this course or its components for the purpose of gathering feedback and improving content.
You understand and accept that promotional access for Beta participants does not entitle you to a refund or compensation, as your purchase may include but is not limited to additional benefits such as permanent access, full content availability, exclusive bonuses, and priority support not guaranteed or available to Beta users.
You waive any claims of unfair pricing, compensation, or value discrepancies as the course continues to evolve.
Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC reserves the right to terminate access to course or coaching at any time if:
A client engages in emotional, verbal, or other forms of abuse.
A client is unwilling to participate in the process or displays extreme resistance.
A client requires medical or psychological care beyond the scope of coaching.
Any threats, harassment or unsafe behavior occur.

Coaching support is provided during scheduled 1 on 1 coaching sessions or group coaching live sessions.
Any communication outside of sessions (such as text or email) will be responded to at the coach’s discretion and during reasonable business hours.
If you are a coaching client on a 1 on 1 program:
Urgent or frequent requests may require booking an additional session or an emergency session
During integration periods or no-coaching weeks, responses may be delayed or not provided, at the coach’s discretion.
Questions regarding your coaching program should be sent to the agreed-upon contact method (such as a support email).
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in recordings and that these recordings may be used for educational or training purposes.
All proprietary content, materials, recordings, and resources provided by Ventzi remain the intellectual property of Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC. They are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written consent.
Live coaching calls and or group coaching calls may be recorded. Recordings may be shared with other clients inside the community, private groups, programs, or courses for educational purposes. You may request that specific sessions not be shared, be shared if you are on a 1 on 1 coaching call and Ventzi will usually discuss this with you beforehand. For group coaching calls, you give full consent for recording and use of content as outlined above.
You acknowledge that no license, assignment, or transfer of ownership of intellectual property is granted to you by participating in this Discovery Call or any related coaching services.
By entering this coaching and/or course agreement, you give full consent for Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC to use stories, challenges, breakthroughs, or examples from your sessions in any form of content, including but not limited to social media, teaching, marketing, and courses, for the purpose of assisting and inspiring others.
Anonymized Use: If your identity is not revealed, Ventzi may use your session content freely, without additional permission, in any context.
Identifiable Use: If sharing content that includes identifying details (such as name, age, gender, or other personal identifiers), you give full consent for this use as well. While Ventzi will usually inform you beforehand out of courtesy, you may request certain details not be shared; however, final use of the content remains at Ventzi’s discretion, and additional permission is not required. You may, however, request that specific details not be shared, and Ventzi will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.
By entering this coaching agreement, you give irrevocable and perpetual consent for Ventzi to use stories, challenges, breakthroughs, or examples from your sessions in any form of content…
If you are on a payment plan, all payments must be completed as scheduled, regardless of program completion.
Failure to complete payments may result in termination of access to the course and/or any associated coaching without refund.
If payments are missed, Ventzi reserves the right to pursue the balance owed through collections or legal action. By signing this agreement, you consent to a default judgment requiring repayment of all amounts owed.
If you attempt to reverse or dispute payments through your bank without prior agreement from the coach, you remain legally responsible for repayment and consent to a default judgment requiring repayment of all amounts owed.
If you attempt to reverse or dispute payments through your bank or credit provider without prior written agreement from the coach, you remain legally responsible for repayment of the full program fee and consent to legal recovery actions, including default judgment requiring repayment of all amounts owed, if necessary.
Refunds or payment pauses are only granted at the coach’s discretion. Please communicate directly with Ventzi to discuss options.
11 . Attorney’s Fees & Legal Costs
In the event of default, non-payment, chargeback, or any dispute requiring legal action or collection efforts, you agree and understand that you are responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred by Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC. This obligation applies regardless of whether you enrolled under a payment plan or a pay-in-full option, and even if a default judgment is placed in favor of Ventzi / Self Mastery LLC.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in Seattle, WA. In the event that Ventzi relocates to a different state, jurisdiction may, at Ventzi’s sole discretion, be transferred to the courts of that state.
Severability Clause – If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply in full force.
Entire Agreement Clause
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and overrides any prior communications, representations, or understandings.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
By checking the checkbox and accepting the Terms and Conditions, and/or physically or digitally signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this agreement.
By entering into this Agreement, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and expressly agree to be legally bound by all of the foregoing provisions, terms, and conditions in their entirety.
